Vertex Recovery L.P., Parent Company of HH Oil L.P. of Houston, TX, announced today the acquisition of Resource Recycling located in Corpus Christi, TX. The core business of Resource Recycling is the collection and recycling of used oil. Resource Recycling is located in the South Texas area with operations from Houston to Brownville and north to San Antonio and Laredo. The Company also is in the business of collecting used oil filters, absorbents, and used anti-freeze. The Company owns and operates its own filter recycling operation and is also a strategic player in the servicing of the Marine Industry along the Gulf Coast.
