NORA Creates “Used Oil Analytical Sub-Committee” to Address Utah Lab Study 

On June 20th, 2008, the NORA Board of Directors decided to establish this new Used Oil Analytical Sub-Committee for the purpose of reviewing analytical practices of the Used Oil Recycling industry.

The Board established the following directives/objectives for this new Sub-Committee;

• Peer review of the Utah Analytical Study.
• Provide a report to the NORA Conference in November 2008

The initial members of this Sub-Committee are:

• Dan Cowart, Aaron Oil Company (Chairman)
• Chris Bergstrom, NOCO Energy Corp. (Vice Chairman)
• Jack Waggener, URS
• Jack Mahon, Dexsil Corp.
• Drew Frye, FCC
• Lab Reps as needed
